The PV Global Operations team is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, MarTech Operations. The MarTech Operations team sits at the intersection of technology and marketing operations, and is tasked with driving scale solutions across Amazon PV Marketing.

The team is focused on streamlining and improving the technology that supports Prime Video launches and finding new and innovative ways to continue to raise the bar in quality, accuracy and efficiency. We partner with global PV Marketing teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-functional product solutions; we partner with our internal product and engineering teams to develop and implement technology solutions for PV Marketing; and, we lead operational change management to ensure the successful rollout of prioritized product solutions.

In this role, you will lead a large-scale technology-focused optimization initiative supporting critical business objectives across multiple organizations and geographies. Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a global marketing operations technical transformation project, including roadmap development, resource allocation, and budget oversight.

You'll define comprehensive program strategies, set ambitious yet achievable objectives, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global PV Marketing teams, product and engineering teams, and senior leadership, maintaining clear communication channels and reporting to drive ongoing alignment on your initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate optimization opportunities to enhance Prime Video's marketing operations workflows.
  • Analyze current processes and quantify the impact of proposed optimizations using data and metrics.
  • Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams to guide the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the marketing organization.
  • Lead change across complex, matrixed organizations with minimal operational friction, proactively addressing potential roadblocks or resistance to change and working closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure successful technology adoption.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of your MarTech initiatives on marketing efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
