Job Description
  • Estimating: Prepare competitive and accurate estimates for electrical projects, including analyzing plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to expand our client's electrical portfolio, develop relationships with key general contractors, and pursue opportunities tied to Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) regulations.
  • Leadership: Build and manage a growing team of electrical professionals, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 5+ years in electrical estimating and project management.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CBE regulations and experience with government or public sector work in DC is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in estimating software and electrical project management tools.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and grow a division.
  • Flexibility: Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
