Responsibilities:

• Manage fund accounting, including financial statements, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and ensuring timely financial reports.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, and partnerships with third-party service providers.
• Implement processes to enhance efficiency and provide strategic guidance on fund structuring, cash flow, and financial strategy.
• Collaborate with the investment team on funding, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Supervise tax filings, regulatory compliance, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Lead the annual audit process and work with the CFO on finance department enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• CPA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in investment funds such as private equity, private credit, or venture capital
• Strong expertise in investment partnership accounting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, confident, organized, and analytical.
