Job Title & Role Description:

The HR Support Specialist is a vital member of the HR team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of human resources activities. This role is responsible for assisting with employee records management, coordinating HR processes such as onboarding and benefits administration, and providing general administrative support to HR staff and leadership.

The HR Support Specialist will also be a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and supporting various HR functions to help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in office administration, particularly in an HR or related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit correspondence and interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently and manage competing priorities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. Knowledge of payroll software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. ADP Onboarding Coordination, I-9 coordination and verification experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling the office mail management, supply management and other in office tasks as assigned.
  • Adhoc projects from HR Leadership.
