Field Technician
A rapidly growing manufacturing company located in the greater New Haven, CT area is currently in search of a well-versed Service Tech. The Service Tech role is responsible for machine installation, startup training, repair, remote assistance, and maintenance.

responsibilities:- Install new equipment at customer facility and ensure integration
- Responsible for the direction of customer-furnished personnel in the assembly, trial operation, or repair of equipment, in both domestic and foreign locations.
- Direct, instruct, and advise customer personnel as to methods, schedules, safety practices or other matters affecting assembly, operation, and servicing of equipment.
- Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product.
- Servicing heavy equipment, such as farm or factory machines, diesel engines, and computer networks
