In this contract to hire role, you'll be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.

In this contract to hire role, you'll be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
-Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of production machines and plant equipment-Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform require maintenance and service
-Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments-Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines and plant equipment-Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions-Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties-Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the supervisor
-Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasAdditional Duties-Remove daily trash to outdoor dumpsters for collection-Cut down boxes and cartons for trash-Keep walkways and parking lot free of ice and snow
- Assist shipper/receiver in warehousing
- Organize, maintain, and store equipment, supplies, etc.
-Organize, maintain, and store items for recycling and batch shredding-Place requisitions with Purchasing for supplies and materials needed for projects and repairs
