e Commerce Customer Service Rep
Adecco is seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in outdoor sporting activities, retail and customer service. The right candidate will possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, function quickly from one software program to another and be familiar with cloud-based environments and a variety of software programs.
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team in a quick environment.
Job Type: Full TimeHours: must be flexible and work between the hours of 9am - 7pm and some weekends
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize telephone, email and chat to provide information to and resolve issues for online customers
- Prints new online orders, sorts them for picking and distributes them to departments
- Assists with pulling online firearm orders
- Assists with locating pick-up orders for customers
- Processes merchandise returns
- Submits and manages UPS claims
- Assists with Marketplace orders and communication
- Ability to hear pages, telephone conversations and general announcements
- Ability to effectively communicate via telephone, email and chat
- Ability to move around the store as necessary to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to recognize and identify merchandise and read necessary reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center environment
- Strong eCommerce background
- Must be a sales-oriented person
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze problems and apply sound solutions
- Handle company and customer information in confidence
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Sale and fulfillment process of marketplace retail sites
- Retail experience (preferred)
Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
