- Expertise in using Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating and conducting virtual meetings and webinars
- Familiarity with Concur software for effective travel and expense management
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data
- Experience with About Time software for accurate project and workforce management
- Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Budget Processes, showing a keen understanding of financial planning and control in the non-profit sector
- Experience in Calendar Management, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and presentation.
