We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. This internship opportunity is ideal for freshers looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR. As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.This is a full-time internship position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The duration of the internship will be less than 1 year.

- Assist HR team in recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Assist in conducting induction and onboarding processes for new employees
- Help with employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in HR administration tasks, such as updating employee databases and filing systems
- Support with performance management processes
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned
