WAREHOUSE: Picker, packer, shipping & receiving
We are looking for non smoking applicants with past warehouse experience who can eventually lead a department with skills such as leadership, innovative ideas, and a passion to achieve excellence. Must be friendly, honest, dependable and hard working individual willing to pay attention to detail and become a long-term part of our team.Packing experience a must! Must be able to pack and seal boxes fast!
We are looking for someone willing to learn as well as teach others and the ability to multitask. Applicants must be able to work in a non-climate control warehouse and must be able to lift 70 lbs. Must be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel etc.
Pay $16-19.50/hr depending on experience
UP TO FULL TIME WORK. GENERAL WORK HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM TO 6.00 PM and some weekends during the holiday season. We need someone who is flexible and can stay longer if needed.**Please note - this is not a "temp" job.
SOME OF THE DUTIES:
Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse functions are completed accurately and on time. Keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets Company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery.
Packing experience a must! Must be able to pack and seal boxes fast!
Stocking, picking, packing and shipping orders daily with UPS, Fed Ex and USPS (parcel and LTL freight)Unloading trucks, shipping containers, boxes.
Breaking down boxes, general clean up and organization.
Maintaing a clean and organized warehouse.
Computer data entry and emails as needed.
TRAITS & SKILLS NEEDED: Previous warehouse experience is a must!
Packing experience a must! Must be able to pack and seal boxes fast!Able to follow directions and take direction from others
Able to pay Close attention to detail with Accuracy and Precision
Able to work fast and stand while working
Able to bend, kneel and lift up to 70lbs
Operate upright forklift, pallet jacks etc.
Able to work with both hands, with dexterity and speed. Must be able to stand for more than 7 hours at a time
Timely, Reliable and Honest
Personable and good on the phone with customers
Computer skills. Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel etc.
Stand-up forklift experienceExperience with selling on e Bay, Amazon, and other online marketplaces is a plus.
Must be willing to work with minimum guidance and accomplish all tasks assigned in a timely manner that is most beneficial to the team.
LOCATION: Dripping Springs, TX, 78620. We are located off RR12 close to Dripping Springs Elementary school.REQUIREMENTS:
