We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Global Philanthropy team within Corporate Responsibility at a leading financial services company. This is an exciting opportunity to support a key software migration project, transitioning from a proprietary tool to Salesforce, which will serve as both a CRM and risk management tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams during the migration project.
• Work closely with business leaders and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation and identify any defects.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues that arise during the migration.
• Develop a deep understanding of business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the overall project management efforts to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services setting, specifically on software migration projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects and support business-to-tech communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/risk management tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
