IT Manager

This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring security and compliance, and implementing new technologies to meet our organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding and managing a team of systems administrators and DevOps engineers
• Developing a long-term IT infrastructure strategy that anticipates and prioritizes the organization's needs
• Efficiently managing vendor relationships with hardware and service providers
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies to address current and future infrastructure needs
• Overseeing the daily operations of the IT infrastructure and services, including networks, security, applications, and hardware
• Ensuring the security and compliance of IT infrastructure aligns with our institutional standards and policies
• Establishing project plans and tracking progress to monitor risks and deliverables
• Serving as a technical subject matter expert within the organization, providing guidance and answering technical questions for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating with our global partner organizations on technical infrastructure integration and changes
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT infrastructures, including hardware, network components, security, and cloud technologies. • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role or similar position.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Cisco Technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong understanding and experience with Database management and operations.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Auditing skills and experience are essential.
• Knowledge and experience in Backup Technologies is required.
• Should have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience in Configuration Management is a must.
