A Quality Assurance Associate Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Chandler, AZ area. This role involves developing and implementing processes for quality control and improvement, performing testing and analysis to minimize defects, collaborating with suppliers on quality issues, and making independent judgments based on professional expertise.

responsibilities:
- Testing and inspection to ensure products are free of flaws and function as designed.
- Design and install sophisticated testing equipment.
- Perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
- Analyze reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
- Professional expertise and the ability to make judgments independently.
- Minimal supervision required.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles related to the job.
- Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires a degree in process or an equivalent field.
- No prior experience required.
