Entry Level Recruiter

Synerfac's Hunt Valley branch is continuing to grow! We are looking to add an energetic and motivated individual with a growth and goal oriented mindset to our recruiting team.

This is an in-office position.

• Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process.
• Identifying and implementing effective recruiting methods based on the available role,, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screening resumes and applications and selecting qualified candidates.
• Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Collaborating with hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process
• Identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
