Position Overview:

CUMULUS MEDIA | Dallas is seeking a talented Digital Sales Engineer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our advertisers. If you have hands-on experience with Google, Meta, Email, CTV/OTT, and other digital platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Email, CTV/OTT, and others.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with our sales team and clients to understand their advertising needs, develop tailored strategies, and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital advertising platforms, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and creative to ensure alignment and successful campaign outcomes.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our digital advertising offerings.

Required Experience:

  • Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Email marketing platforms, and CTV/OTT.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of digital advertising technologies and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign management.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
