Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and recommend HR solutions to support organizational goals.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and proactive communication.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure the company remains compliant.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and guidelines.
