Accounts Payable Clerk

This will entail handling past due invoices, interacting with other departments for correct invoices/POs, managing corrections and correspondence, and ensuring no backlog in AP. This role requires Coupa. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the accounts payable processes in an efficient manner
• Handle past due invoices and ensure their timely processing
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure the correctness of invoices and purchase orders
• Manage corrections and correspondence related to accounts payable
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to prevent any backlog in the accounts payable
• Utilize MS Office to maintain accurate records and for other administrative tasks
• Apply skills in 'Accounts Payable (AP)', 'Batching', and 'Coding Invoices' to effectively perform job responsibilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or a similar position.
• Coupa Software is a requirement
• Demonstrated experience in Batching and Coding Invoices.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
