Design Hire, LLC San Antonio
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee a high volume of small construction projects, managing 300+ projects annually. In this role, you will lead in-house crews and multiple subcontractor teams, utilizing Pro Jul for scheduling and coordination.

Employment Eligibility:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Your expertise in construction, logistics,and process management will ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate 3-5 in-house crews and multiple subcontractor teams on various small construction projects.
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for over 300 projects annually, ensuring quick turnaround times and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize Pro Jul and other scheduling tools to track project progress and manage workflow effectively.
- Ensure construction processes and procedures are followed for projects involving excavation,demolition, layout, drainage, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and shade structures.
- Maintain strong communication with crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project layouts and plans, ensuring all specifications are met, and provide solutions to any challenges that arise on-site.
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget, timeline, and safety guidelines.
- Proven experience managing small construction projects, with a track record of handling a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Pro Jul or similar scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and process management skills to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes related to excavation, demolition, layout, drainage, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and shade structures.
- Ability to manage logistics and ensure resources are properly allocated across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction safety guidelines and procedures.
