Responsibilities- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine setup and production requirements.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve desired specifications and tolerances.
- Conduct regular maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the bending process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Document production and maintenance activities as required.
