Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring financial accuracy, supporting key processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record journal entries
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage online bank portals
• Handle expenses across different entities, including RE-insurance and capital markets
• Participate in audits and ensure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and present tax and quarterly reports
• Utilize systems such as Workday for accounting tasks
• Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure accurate month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate Bank Reconciliations
• Strong understanding of the General Ledger and its applications
• Experience in preparing and maintaining Journal Entries
• Skilled in performing Month End Close procedures
• Working knowledge of the Workday financial management system
