  • Salary Range-Upto - USD $220,000 to $292,500 (Based at work experience & Interview)

In this role, you will lead our adult medicine department, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and clinical excellence while nurturing the growth of your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Adult Medicine Department.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases.
  • Support continuous improvement in clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Deliver direct clinical care alongside administrative oversight.
  • Participate in department strategic goals and direction.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and quality focus.
  • Willingness to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently.
  • Experience providing care to underserved populations with complex needs.
  • Relevant business experience in a large health center or private practice, ideally as a Director or Associate Director.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, retention, and discipline of clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with compliance issues related to clinical expertise.
  • Experience supervising advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs).
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
  • Resourceful problem-solving attitude and accountability
Qualifications
  1. Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  3. Physician License in the state of CT (Preferred)
