Desktop Support Analyst

We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team located in Zionsville, Indiana. This role involves providing technical assistance to our internal team members, ensuring smooth hardware and software operation. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you'll be expected to handle diverse tasks, ranging from troubleshooting Office 365 issues to managing mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting team members who are experiencing issues with Office 365, including but not limited to, password resets and account lock-outs.
• Troubleshooting problems related to printer connectivity and ensuring seamless operation.
• Providing support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Managing mobile devices, ensuring they are properly configured and compliant with company policies.
• Onboarding and offboarding team members, ensuring appropriate access rights are granted or revoked.
• Providing basic support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive user experience.
• Proactively identifying potential IT issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Collaborating with other IT team members to handle complex issues and provide comprehensive support.
• Applying critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Computer Hardware
• Experience with Windows PC
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Active Directory
• Ability to support and troubleshoot Apple iPad
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Familiarity with MDM Technologies
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, 11
• Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
