Cost Accountant - Robert Half

The Cost Accountant will be expected to maintain and process customer credit applications, customer records, and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Keep customer credit records up to date and precise
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Proficiently use accounting software systems for various tasks
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services in the execution of duties
• Generate and interpret Crystal Reports to aid in decision-making
• Leverage Epicor for efficient enterprise resource planning
• Carry out accounting functions and oversee accounts payable
• Conduct regular audits and manage budget processes
• Keep track of cash activity and report anomalies immediately.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Ability to utilize Crystal Reports
• Familiarity with Epicor software
• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Auditing skills and experience
• Proficient in Budget Processes
• Ability to manage and track Cash Activity
