Job Description- Provide daily trade support for the Equities Derivatives and Commodities trading desk, collaborating closely with traders on complex derivative products.
- Troubleshoot support issues and actively resolve technical problems for the trading desk while managing communications regarding platform issues and solutions.
- Ensure accurate trade capture, event processing, and representation of positions, P&L, and risk exposures in risk management systems.
- Collaborate with global Tech and Ops teams on strategic initiatives, representing business interests, testing new technology rollouts, and driving system enhancements.
- Perform reconciliation processes to support system upgrades, maintain connectivity, and ensure seamless trading desk operations while documenting system requirements and maintaining a support run book for production issues.

The Successful Applicant- Hold a degree in a STEM discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Financial Engineering.
- Possess strong analytical skills, including a solid understanding of applied mathematics, probability, and statistics.
- Bring 2-4 years of experience in developing solutions for Equity Derivatives and Commodities, covering areas such as Futures, total return swaps, vanilla options, exotic options, and equity swaps, with a focus on utilizing risk management systems to resolve booking errors and technology issues.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of market data conventions and the ability to interpret specifications from market data providers.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively, prioritize ongoing issues, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
