We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team on a temporary basis in City of Industry, CA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival and notify appropriate staff of their arrival.
  • Handle bilingual communication (English/Spanish) with visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing mail.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide general information to callers and visitors regarding the company’s services or policies.
  • Assist with light clerical duties such as updating records, preparing documents, and organizing files.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • On-site position in City of Industry, CA.

Duration:

  • Temporary Assignment (with potential for extension based on business needs).

Pay Rate:

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a busy front desk.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
