Primary Responsibilities: Assist our Customer Service team in processing orders, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinating shipments. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, managing calendar appointments, and preparing reports.
Draft and proofread correspondence, announcements, memos, and meeting minutes. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to solve issues and improve processes, contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service. Maintain and update department records, documents, and databases.
Assist in tracking performance metrics of the customer service team. Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and detail oriented phone etiquette. Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
