• Operate Forklift Equipment Safely: Load, unload, and transport materials and products within the facility using a sit-down forklift.
• Material Handling: Move pallets, boxes, and goods to designated areas, ensuring timely and accurate placement.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records of material movement.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks or containers to prevent damage to goods and equipment.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all OSHA guidelines, facility safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Meet Performance Goals: Operate efficiently to meet productivity quotas and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with General Warehouse Duties: Support picking, packing, sorting, or other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas, aisles, and equipment clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to streamline operations.
• Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities, workloads, and schedules in a high-demand environment.
