Inbound Call Center Banking Sales Services
Our client is a large American multinational investment bank and financial services company.
They are hiring full-time permanent Client Services Representatives for their Call Center in Belfast, Maine.
They have are hiring a large team for the 2nd shift with quite a few schedule options.
They are looking for candidates with an interest in working for the bank.
It is a pay performance environment, tech savvy. comfortable in a call center environment (cubicle, headset, back to back calls, structured environment) with a solid communication skills.
Respond and resolve customers' concerns
Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs while exercising discretion in confidential matters
You will need to complete and pass the online assessment as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Working in a fast-paced, changing environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking and communicating in an efficient manner.
Working in a collaborative environment with a team in an inbound Banking call center.
Communicating with clients throughout the entire shift with structured breaks.
Navigating multiple computer systems while interacting with the client.
Listening to, understanding and providing needs-based sales solutions for our clients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a banking or financial contact center experience
Strong communication and sales skills
Complete and pass the online assessment
