A nationally-ranked, 400-bed, academic medical center is looking for a full-time, permanent CLS for their COVID-19|Microbiology lab (4x10s NIGHTS: 10:00pm-8:30am). This is a high-volume, state-of-the-art, modern laboratory that provides services to its hospital and numerous independent practices across New Hampshire.

RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms a variety of laboratory tests in a timely manner yielding accurate and precise results with a low error rate
Possesses solid knowledge, skills and theory to perform job duties in the clinical laboratory. Performs and evaluates quality control and instrument functioning checks using established quality control practices to assess the functioning of the test system(s).
Identifies when a QC problem exists and is able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONSAssociates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
Certified within 1 year of hire
BLS within 30 days of hire
COMPENSATION$8,000 sign-on bonus
20% shift differential
