Our client is a mid-sized general contractor in Northern Kentucky & does work across the border in Cincinnati as well. The specialize in commercial, Industrial, & healthcare projects. Their parent company is a Billion Dollar, yes Billion with a "B" company and they have an excellent list of clients of whom they constantly get repeat business from.

Job Description
  • Oversee daily field operations for interior renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed, enforcing safety practices on the job site.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints, and direct team members accordingly.
  • Monitor site progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on schedule.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and resolve issues before final project handover.
  • Track and report daily project activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to address any scope changes, budget adjustments, and schedule modifications.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably focused on ground up and/or renovations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes related to interior projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe job site.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
  • Local experience and knowledge of building codes and regulations in Northern Kentucky.
