Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection: Accurately receive and inspect incoming parcels for quality and condition, reporting any discrepancies.
- Sorting & Organization: Sort and categorize parcels based on delivery requirements, storing items safely and securely in designated areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare parcels for international shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular checks, and updating the inventory management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to warehouse safety procedures, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any parcel-related issues.
- Previous warehouse experience or experience in a similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to [weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and parcel management.
