We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in South Windsor, Connecticut. This role is primarily focused on customer interaction via phone and email, account management, and the use of specific software systems within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone and email, discussing their accounts and resolving issues related to nonpayment
- Update customer notes to document the status of collection efforts
- Take part in the setup of new customers in Macola and linking to Salesforce when needed
- Assist customers by answering inquiries related to invoices and statements
- Collaborate daily with co-workers, customer service, sales, and management teams
- Provide management with reports on the status of assigned Accounts Receivable Collections
- Adapt quickly to changes and handle multiple tasks while maintaining results related to core job functions
- Utilize software systems such as Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and Accounts Receivable (AR) for various tasks
- Handle answering inbound calls and perform billing functions
- Administer claim administration and collection processes.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with Accurint
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficient in using CRM
- Knowledge of Epic Software
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience in Billing Functions
- Familiarity with Claim Administration
- Understanding of Collection Processes
