What you’ll do:
Indoor- Assist the Director of Operations with traffic project oversight
- Assist best-practice data collection strategies with your local operations team
- Set objectives, goals, protocols, and timelines for your team of field technicians
- Employ general workforce management (e.g., team supervision, training, employee performance reviews, engagement initiatives)
- Expand QC’s clientele in the greater Charlotte and surrounding region(s)
- Occasionally attend conferences for general business advertising
- Work roadside performing light physical work (e.g., installing video detection cameras and pneumatic road tubes)
- Coordinate and/or conduct intercept surveys and parking lot studies

What you’ll earn:
- $58,000 annual salary + eligibility for performance bonus after six consecutive working months
