The new Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing financial reports, implementing process improvements, managing daily operational activities, and coordinating efforts with executive leadership, among additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities- Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems
- Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects
- Establishes and administers the department's budget
- Oversee all operational functions in clinics, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Review and analyze financial reports, audit financial activities, and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Utilize KPI data to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making
- Review and analyze financial statements to assess profitability and identify cost-saving measures
- Provide leadership and support to operations managers and administrative staff
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management
