Job Description:
As an Inside Medicare Sales Agent at Senior Benefits Agency, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in navigating their Medicare options. This role includes comprehensively understanding Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans and assisting clients over the phone to find the best solutions for their healthcare needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing expert advice on Medicare products and services.
- Utilizing our proprietary lead generation system to identify and qualify prospects.
- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Participating in training programs to stay updated on Medicare regulations and product offerings.

Benefits
Benefits:
- Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay.
- This position will pay $160 per day PLUS commission.
- 40 Hours/week
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 Am to 7:00 PM.
This job will offer a remote, hybrid and in-office experience.
