Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technology Operations: Manage the firm's technology team, which an emphasis on the Infrastructure division.
- MSP Management: Oversee the MSP provider
- Hands-On Infrastructure Support: Be actively involved in infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and issue management, ensuring smooth day-to-day tech operations.
- Unifying Force for Tech Team: Bridge the gap between data and infrastructure, ensuring a cohesive approach to technology management.
- Strategic Input: Provide insights and hands-on leadership, avoiding high-level, detached strategies.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Experience Managing an MSP: Ideally, experience overseeing an MSP at a firm or having worked directly at an MSP. Proven ability to transition MSP services in-house over time.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Deep technical expertise in infrastructure, with a hands-on approach to fixing issues and managing day-to-day operations.
- Azure Experience: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure to support the firm's cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership in Small Teams: Proven ability to lead a small internal tech team, ideally at a smaller or mid-sized firm.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to get involved in technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve them effectively.

The compensation for this role offers a base salary range between $300k to $600k, depending on experience and qualifications.
