Operations Specialist
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting business operations? We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Corporate Accounts Payable organization’s Payee Operations Team!
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting payee setups and maintenance, resolving complex problems, and executing transactions to keep our operations running smoothly.
salary: $21.02 - $21.03 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- To support the Payee Operations Team which is part of the Corporate Accounts Payable organization.
- This role is focused on Operations support for payee set-ups and maintenance.
- Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, including research.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems used to support the business (SAP, and eVDM Oracle) Understanding of Accounts Payable operations and processes is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate.
- Must be able to work independently and in a group setting. Individual should have 2 -4 years of experience.
