This position is for a Manufacturing Operations Inventory Control Tech located in Goleta, CA. The successful candidate works under immediate supervision. Coordinates scheduling activities and sequencing of material to support factory consumables to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.You will be responsible for organization of stockrooms and tool cribs, maintaining stock levels needed for monthly productions commitments, inventory accuracy checks, and clean room gowning supply management. Attention to detail is required, with good communication and follow up skills in order to be successful in this position.
This is a Part Time position. Work Days will be M/W/F - 8 hours a day, first shift.
What You Will Do- Work closely with factory management / staff and other support functions.
- Help develop better control points for weekly consumables.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock material deliveries.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Work 1st shift
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of less than 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to Communicate in English and be able to understand written and verbal instruction in English
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Experience with any form of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Experience working in a team-driven environment
- Experience working around ESD parts/workstations
- Understanding of FOD and FOD reduction methods and concerns

The salary range for this role is 39,000 USD - 79,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
