This position is responsible for receiving maintenance calls, actively listening to tenant issues, effectively communicating with the maintenance team, and performing essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior front desk or administrative experience, proficiency in active listening, adeptness in crafting detailed internal notes, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

This position offers an hourly rate of $20 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
Requirements- Answer and field maintenance calls; Communicate with frustrated tenants, helping them with basic troubleshooting when needed
- Correspond with tenants in the shared inbox and property management software
- Return voicemails from tenants throughout the day and relay accurate & timely information to the team
- Enter maintenance requests received via phone/email into our property management platforms when appropriate.
- Support essential administrative tasks such as providing broad-scope communications, calling utility companies, and communicating with other third-party entities as requested
- Support key inventory operations by assisting with key distribution, receiving returned keys, and various key issues as needed.
- Assist walk-in clients/tenants with maintenance and property management-related items
- Compile a comprehensive weekly report every Friday to ensure operational efficiency for weekend coverage
Education, Experience, and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior work experience in a customer service-oriented role, ideally with heavy email and call volume
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude
- Overachieving attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of real estate market terminology and practices
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
