Labor and Employment Attorney - Randstad
Attorneys will practice in state, federal, and appellate courts, and advocate for clients before the EEOC, OFCCP, and NLRB. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, and be licensed in D.C. This role is remote, with occasional office visits.

This position will handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and investigating claims Work directly with clients and other attorneys within the firm Must be able to work independently and have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills
