Web Content Coordinator

This role is crucial in helping the team understand which markets and territories are ideal for growth and where competitors are currently operating. This Website Content Coordinator role will be a short term position, supporting the marketing department on daily tasks and website management.

Responsibilities:

• Diligently search through assigned websites, extracting relevant information such as company name, address, phone, and email.
• Compile and accurately input this data into an Excel sheet.
• Handle potentially thousands of records, ensuring precision in data entry.
• Assist in marketing research and analysis of data for marketing projects.
• Contribute to the development of our sales strategy by identifying competitor locations.
• Continually update and maintain the collected data for accuracy and relevance.
• Support the marketing team in their efforts to increase brand awareness and plan effective campaigns.
• Apply your knowledge of best practices and data analytics to optimize this process.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all collected data.
• Applicant must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Web Content Coordinator or Marketing Assistant in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Best Practices is mandatory for the successful execution of job responsibilities.
• A strong understanding and ability to enhance Brand Awareness is required.
• Experience with Campaign Planning is a vital part of the role.
• Must be able to efficiently utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and data management.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics is necessary for understanding and improving the performance of web content.
• Demonstrated experience in Website Maintenance is required to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
