Job Title: Branch Manager
Description- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending product sale, customer service, and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.
- May recommend and take residential and/or business loan (CRE, SBA, regular business line) applications for approval.
- NMLS/MLO registration required to take residential mortgage applications.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Min 7 years branch operations experience is preferred.
- Obtain detailed knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Have established affiliations/networking relationships with Centers of Influence.
- Bilingual in Korean/English is a plus
