Job Description
A varied role, as Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Associate, you will:
- work on a range of commercial real estate transactions and leases
- versatile approach to providing a variety of clients with real estate leasing, financing, transactions and broader counsel
- provide a consistently high level of service, working with property developers, retailers, landlords and large organizations with their varied real estate needs

The Successful Applicant
The successful Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Transactions Associate, will have demonstrable experience:
- Juris Doctor
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 4+ years commercial real estate transactions/ leasing experience
- Mature, team spirited and customer first approach
- Strong written skills essential, experienced in commercial NY commercial leasing
- Candidates must be available to interview in mid-late January and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)
What's on Offer
Competitive package available for the successful Mid-Level/ Senior Real Estate Associate:
- Base salary: c. $200,000 - $250,000 PA (depending on experience)
