Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Coordinator to support the growth and success of our DEI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on supporting the development and ongoing needs of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), coordinating training and development programs, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to drive inclusive recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our ERGs, including the Black Professionals' Network (BPN), LatinX, Asia Pacific Network (APN), PRIDE, and Women's Professional Network (WPN).
  • Provide operational support to ERG leaders, helping them organize, plan, execute, and evaluate their programs and initiatives.
  • Working with the appropriate stakeholders, coordinate ERG budget needs and expectations, logistics, and communications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop tools and resources to empower ERG leaders and members in their efforts to educate and engage all employees.

Training and Development:

  • May assist in designing and delivering DEI training programs, workshops, and resources for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for DEI learning sessions, including sourcing external speakers or facilitators when needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of DEI training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to promote strategies and programs that attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Collaborate on inclusive job descriptions, interview practices, and recruitment events to support DEI goals.
  • Assist in the tracking and analysis of diversity metrics related to recruitment and provide insights to leadership.

Program Administration:

  • Support the DEI efforts in planning and implementing organizational-wide DEI initiatives and events.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of DEI programs, including participation metrics and employee feedback.
  • Stay informed and educate stakeholders about best practices and emerging trends in DEI to inform the organization’s strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, HR, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with and supporting Employee Resource Groups or similar employee-driven initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project/program management and data analysis tools is desirable.
