Senior Accountant

Primary duties include preparing financial reports, tax planning and compliance, managing budgeting processes, performing internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting laws and regulations, and creating and implementing financial policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
3. Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
4. Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.
5. Implement financial policies and comply with all financial regulations.
6. Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments.
7. Analyze financial trends and provide forecasts.
8. Manage budgeting processes and prepare financial statements.
9. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
10. Stay updated with current technologies, new accounting methodologies, and changes in regulations.
11. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
12. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
13. Extensive knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and GAAP.
14. Proficiency in accounting software(s), experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
15. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
16. Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
