Position Overview:
Far Ridgeline Engagements (A QinetiQ US company) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support a government organization in Bethesda MD.
Responsibilities:
- Addresses organizational sustainability issues, such as resource
and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
- Contractor staff will possess eligibility for Top Secret clearance with SCI and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience required in related field.
- Contractor staff will operate the SBIR/STTR Foreign Risk Management Implementation/Due Diligence Workflow.
- Contractor staff will review SBIR/STTR foreign disclosures and supporting documents submitted by applicants to identify and assess foreign affiliation, including those involving Countries of Concern to deliver a risk assessment and recommendation for approval or denial.
- Contractor staff will conduct research and analysis using open source, other internal NIH source information in the development of threat assessment (information bulletins, briefings, reports, assessments) for Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) grants and contracts focused on:
- Identifying financial revenue and financial associations to include - foreign subsidiaries, partnerships and suppliers, foreign and domestic patent and licensing records, foreign investors and investments within SBIR/STTR grants and contracts.
- Identifying cybersecurity, foreign affiliations, and foreign talent program concerns within SBIR/STTR grants and contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
- Education: MA/MS desired; a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area.
- Experience: No less than 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
