Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team by managing a variety of tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Assist in collections, ensuring the efficient recovery of consumer debts
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are handled appropriately and promptly
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents as required
- Work within the team to meet monthly goals
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrable experience in customer service
- Proven skills in data entry
- Proficiency in email correspondence
- Experience in collections, particularly within the consumer sector
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
