Position Overview:

As the Luxury Lead Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in curating a unique and inspiring living experience for our residents. You will lead our efforts in providing exceptional service and creating a supportive community environment that encourages creativity and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service to our Stakeholders, you will be responsible for greeting all incoming individuals and providing guidance to associates, colleagues, residents, guests, vendors, ownership, and investors.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of resident services, including but not limited to leasing, move-ins, and move-outs. Provide guided tours of open units with current residents, resident referrals and incoming prospects, or other stakeholders as needed.
  • Lead and supervise on-site Concierge staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and management, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging programming that enhances community engagement and resident satisfaction.
  • Responsible for delivering training to residents and staff on the various technology platforms offered through Aria and other vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage community events, workshops, and activities designed to foster connections among residents and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the physical environment aligns with our community values and enhances the resident experience.
  • Maintain resident records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor resident feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
  • Develop content creation, curation and social media feed experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Must have 3+ years of proven experience in property management, hospitality, marketing, or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building community.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a team of 4+.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training on various technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating meaningful connections.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for developing innovative solutions to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Livly is a plus.

Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 hour (based upon experience)
