Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Labor and Delivery.
- Required to frequently apply a set of management principles to a specialized discipline.
- Must be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs.
- Has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned area.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:- B.S. degree in Nursing and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Master's degree in Nursing. 2. Two (2) years clinical experience in labor and delivery.
Work Hours:: 7AM-3PM
Weekend Requirements:: No
