Molding Machine Repair Tech

Our client in Manchester, NH is seeking a Molding Machine Repair tech. Candidates must have experience with running, repairing and preventative maintenance of Molding Machinery. This is a first shift, direct hire role with excellent benefits package and potential for profit sharing bonus bi-annually.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years prior experience with hot runner tools and mold repair experience;
• Must be familiar with various hot runner controller and hot runner systems;
• Must have own tools and able to read blueprints, electrical and mechanical drawings.

education: High School

• Changes tools on mold assigned, as required, for scheduled product changes which include hanging the mold, maintaining the tools, the regular service of the tools and the repair of defective tools;
• Fits new (replacement) tools as required for same;
• Performs routine maintenance of molds such as cleaning, stoning, repair of broken bolts, replacement/fitting or worn/broken mold components such as slides end gibbs, sprue bushings, etc.;
• Maintains complete working sets of tooling in inventory by polishing and replacement from tool crib as required;
• Other related work assignments not mentioned.
